Our retained Health and Safety service offers you peace of mind for a fixed monthly fee and is aimed to provide your business with assistance in managing your workplace risks and compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015.

 

Our retained Health and Safety service is fully customizable and we can include additional services i.e. monthly site inspections or audits, attendance at safety meetings etc.

 

Summary of services included with the BizSafety Retained Service

 

• Initial site visit or meeting to gain an understanding of your business and existing Health and Safety system

• Call or Email BizSafety anytime, for guidance and support

• Monthly meeting at our office, your office or on site to review your Health and Safety system

• We call you twice a month to check in and make sure you’re on track with safety in your business.

• Accident or Serious near miss events- Retained services customers are provided with the first two hours of assistance free of charge. If an incident occurs we are right beside you to assist in the correct notification procedures as required by Work safe.

• Safety Alert Email – only available for retained clients. Our Safety Alert email lets you know about any law changes, prosecutions and the guidance from Worksafe as a result of a prosecution. We also provide recommended actions you should take as a result of Worksafe guidance notices and prosecutions. The Safety Alert Email may also include general Health and Safety advisories issued internationally.
